Winslow, NJ — Regardless of unfavorable reports that state new-home construction has reached a 17-year low – 6.2% in August, according to the Wall Street Journal – J.S. Hovnanian & Sons continues to reinforce their solid position in the marketplace with the construction of three new models at their already successful Westbury Hunt community in Winslow, NJ.
The builder’s decision to introduce the new Salem, Madison and Cambridge models is part of their effort to reposition the Westbury Hunt community with products that meet the diverse needs and budgets of their target market.
Buyers will have the opportunity to choose from three different layouts that offer two-story, four-bedroom, 2 ½ bathrooms, basements and two-car garage homes from $289 and up. These new homes will complement the unique and distinctive homes that currently make-up the community, which consists of single-family homes ranging from the low $300 to the high $400’s.
These new models will be available for sale starting on September 27th.
