Hovnanian Sons was named the "55+ Community of the Year," the top honor given at the Home Builders Association of Delaware’s Regal Awards on May 6th.  The Regal Awards distinguish the top builders in Delaware across a variety of categories.  Roesville swept the top honors for active adult communities, with its popular Riverdale model being named the “Best 55+ Home” and Tammy Quiroz being chosen as the “Best Sales Manager” for the entire State of Delaware.

The win is an honor but no surprise to Stephen Hovnanian, principal of J.S.
