Bruce Sophia and his wife Sheryl were looking for a condo for a year with no luck. Nothing in the area met their criteria. They only had 2 days left in their rental agreement and weren’t sure what they were going to do. Bruce and Sheryl were resigned to renting when they came across THE GREENS, and Active adult, 30-foot-wide ranch townhome located in Williamstown, Monroe Township, NJ. At that moment they drove through the community and looked at the model. They then toured the Quick Move-In Home that was quickly available. They fell in love with the home and signed a contract that same day! </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <span>  </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <span> Later Bruce’s sister, Sondra Clendenen, decided it was time to downsize. Well, her brother, said, “What better place to settle than The Greens?” Within the month, Sondra was happily signing papers and getting ready to move into her new place-at THE GREENS! </span> </span> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <span> Meanwhile, Sophia’s longtime friend, Jinger Cahill, was also in the market for a 55+ community. Once again, Pastor Bruce stepped in and told her to come check out THE GREENS. She took advantage of one of our Quick Move-In houses and moved in 2 </span> <strong> </strong> <span> weeks before Sondra! </span> <strong> </strong> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <span> We are so touched and thankful that these families and friends chose J.S.
