NJBA Community of the Year
Presented by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) at their annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards banquet, nearly every one of our communities in recent years has won Community of the Year honors. Recent communities to achieve this distinction are the Carriage Homes at Rancocas Pointe (2007), Mews at OakRidge (2006), the Townhomes at Rancocas Pointe (2005), and Pelican Place at Riverwinds (2005). |

As part of the annual MAME awards hosted by the Builders League of South Jersey (BLSJ), J.S. Hovnanian & Sons has been honored with numerous distinctions over the years for its homes, communities, and marketing materials. Most recently, The Carriage Homes at Rancocas Pointe preluded its "Community of the Year" SAM Award from the NJBA with a "Community of the Year" MAME Award only months prior, making it the first J.S. Hovnanian & Sons community to hold both distinctions in the same year! |
