A Life Well Traveled, A Home at LITTLE POND

The Art of Coming Home

Jim Yates and Sheri Lippowitsch began their life together and launched their careers in New York City, where they lived on the Upper East Side. Later, their journey brought them to Philadelphia, and today they've found their home at Little Pond in Gloucester Township, New Jersey.

While living in New York, they met a talented artist named Marco and commissioned him to create a series of pieces that beautifully tell the story of their life together. Today, that meaningful artwork is proudly displayed throughout their new home at Little Pond—a heartfelt reminder of the places they've been and the memories they've made.

We are truly honored that Jim and Sheri chose Little Pond as the next chapter in their journey and are proud to welcome them to our community.
