We’re at it again—welcoming another wonderful couple to Little Pond!

Meet Alea and Jacob! During the final walkthrough of their new home, Alea shared, “This is my second Hovnanian home. My parents have a Hovnanian home, and now we have one too.”

And there’s an even sweeter connection to their story. Alea and Jacob met growing up as neighbors in Devonshire, a J.S. Hovnanian & Sons community in Monroe Township, NJ. What began as a childhood friendship eventually blossomed into something more—and now, they’re homeowners together in a J.S. Hovnanian & Sons community of their own.

But the Little Pond connection goes back even further. Years ago, when Little Pond was still the Little Pond Golf Center, Alea’s parents were here when Alea’s mom went into labor! Who could have imagined at this very same spot would one day become the site of Alea and Jacob's first home?

Stories like this are what make Little Pond so special. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the excitement, happiness, and personal memories our homes bring to each new homeowner.
